Experimentation is essential to my practice in exploring materials in relationship to conductivity. These images represent ways in which I use electricity and circuitry as a medium to cross disciplinary thresholds using techniques from 1800s tintype photography to embed a simple circuit beneath the chemistry of the photographic image. Paper circuits made with gold leaf and other conductive materials are also a constant exploration in my work.
